Political correctness

Alan Watt analyses GIRFEC and the Named Person scheme which he believes is presented in a way to manage people`s perceptions, but the language is doublespeak. The scheme is about the indoctrination of children, not wellbeing.

He has a point. Certainly, sustainable development, global citizenship, tolerance for sexual diversity, the attributes and capabilities to develop the four capacities, are to be accepted and demonstrated without question.

It would be so much healthier to allow children to grow up and work these things out for themselves without state interference.
