A testing time for anti-austerity parties

Anti-austerity SNP (Channel 4)

The SNP underspent its budget by about 200 million pounds. On that basis a petition has been lodged with the Scottish Parliament urging the Scottish Government to provide direct funding to food banks in order that rising need can be met. So far there has been no response to the petition from the Scottish Government.
