Robert Green in court 2015

In trying to win justice for Hollie and the thousands of other child victims like her, Robert has been imprisoned twice, and effectively held under house arrest for a year, reporting to Cheshire police daily. So draconian are the restrictions placed upon him that the wider public would assume he is a dangerous man and a threat to society. On the contrary he is simply a peaceful and good man who has done nothing but peacefully campaign against child abuse.

Robert Green will be attending Aberdeen Sheriff court tomorrow, 13 January 2015, to attempt to have his bail conditions removed. At the moment he has to attend his local police station every day and is not allowed to use the internet which makes it more difficult to work on his defence.

If anybody living in the Aberdeen area could attend court to witness events it would be much appreciated by Robert Green.

Update 14.1.2015: After his appearance at court, Robert Green`s bail conditions are still in place. He will be attending the sheriff court at Aberdeen on 21 January 2015 and this should be the final hearing.

Updated 22 January 2015

"As has already been winging its way around the social media, Robert’s trial at Aberdeen Sheriff Court did not go ahead yesterday morning as scheduled, Sheriff Taylor having been served with a ‘Victim Impact Statement’ pushed under the door to his chambers just as he was about to take the case. Whatever the exact nature of such a document, as we have yet to ascertain, apparently it packs quite a punch in these matters. The Sheriff therefore adjourned the proceedings in respect of Mr Green until Wednesday 4th March at 2 pm, until which time the defendant’s current bail conditions remain in force."
